If you are interested in having a RV delivered and set up on your campsite at Montana de Oro SP, Morro Bay SB, Morro Strand SP, and San Simeon SP Campgrounds, the following Concessionaire is the approved contract provider: Paso Robles RV Rentals (888) 898-2267 or www.PasoRoblesRVrentals.com . No business or private party may conduct business on State Park property without an approved contract. Morro Bay State Park features lagoon and natural bay habitat. The bay's most prominent landmark is Morro Rock. The park has opportunities for sailing fishing, hiking, and bird watching. The park museum has exhibits that cover natural features and cultural history, Native American life, geology, and oceanography. The park also has a colorful marina and an 18-hole public golf course. On the bay's northeast edge is a pristine saltwater marsh that supports a thriving bird population. Check the State Parks website for additional information on the weather, suggested day hikes, or to see the park brochure, campground map, park photos, video, and more. From San Luis Obispo take Highway 1 north to the Los Osos - Baywood Park off-ramp. Turn left, go about 1 mile and turn right into the state park. From the South, take Highway 101 northbound to the Los Osos - Baywood Park off-ramp. Turn left toward Los Osos and travel about 10 miles to South Bay Blvd., then turn right and go about 3 miles to the state park entrance. The Museum of Natural History is in the park. Drive about 1/10th of a mile, past the campground and the marina, then turn left into the museum parking lot. |

Discount Pass must be presented at the time of check in. Your DMV Disabled Placard/License Plate does not automatically give you a discount on your campsite. You will need to obtain a CA State park-issued Disabled Discount Pass (DDP) or Distinguished Veterans Pass (DVP). Do not confuse this park with Morro Strand Fees include entry for 1 vehicle and 1 legally towed vehicle or trailer, additional vehicles will be charged per night at the park. Although your site may hold 2 or more vehicles, your reservation only covers 1 vehicle (except for group or specialty sites); developed or hookup. This includes trailers and other towed vehicles. Overflow parking available for additional charge per night. The site is limited to 8 people To book a Group site you must have at least 9 occupants Reservations available All Year. There is a 10-day consecutive stay limit with a 20-day calendar maximum. |
